Advance 4 Training offers this qualification for those candidates, who carry out work on or near electrical equipment and or want to install, commission, service, repair and maintain of electrical equipment connected to low voltage electrical installations.

Safe isolation can normally be completed in half day. The assessment normally consists of a combination of both practical and theory examinations.

- Selection and use of electrical test equipment for use on low voltage electrical systems
- Testing voltage,
- measuring voltages,
- measuring current,
- Measuring resistance
- Verification of correct polarity

- Safe to touch procedures
- Safe isolation procedures when working on or near low voltage electrical systems and equipment.
- Any industry recognised qualification in Construction industry. i.e. Certificate / Diploma in Gas, Plumbing, Heating, air conditioning etc.
- Candidate must have a good working knowledge of electrical installations.
- Be able to quickly assimilate information and demonstrate understanding
- Have good attention to detail
Upon successful completion, the Candidate will receive a Certificate of Competence from AdSkills Certification.
